I thought this is centralized, europe-wide, standardized, so there is ONE central upload point where all the FPL go to, maybe with an Emailadress, a SMS or a fax-number and a real person (for rare emergencies).

Unfortunately, this couldn't be further from the truth.

You can modify most (if not all) the fields before the flightplan is sent, and also add additional addressees.

On SkyDemon Plan, with the flightplan form on screen, you can press Ctrl-Q and the flightplan string will be copied to the clipboard in its entirety.

Perhaps another Approach can be useful:
provide an interface to a SMS-sending application or we just copy and paszte that string and add something.
But the secret is: to which phone-number so I send my SMS?

To the phone number the country-AIS provides for sending FPL SMS to, or by the usual pre-fixes to use your providers SMS2FAX gateway and send it to the AIS fax number ?

For DFS-AIS.de, I can see only a +4969... number for speech and a fax number - mobile number or any hint that I can send my FPL via SMS. They only offer an SMS receipt.

Seems to be a more complicated Problem than generating a standardized FPL-string.

The most effective (and compliant to their internal process) way to send a FPL to German DFS by mobile phone is to submit the raw text string as text message/SMS to their fax number by using *T#9906978072505 (valid for being booked into German Telekom as provider, other may use different codes as described here: http://forums.skydemon.aero/Topic18511.aspx#bm18548 ).

If i understand you right the number you mentioned uses a kind of SMS2FAX. This sounds for me, that I send the string, which is machine-readable -  and some poor employee has to take a stone-aged sheet of  paper and hack the string stupidly into an old-fashioned VT100-Terminal - right ?
Unbelievable! After reading something about EuroFPL and IFPS I thought this is centralized, europe-wide, standardized, so there is ONE central upload point where all the FPL go to, maybe with an Emailadress, a SMS or a fax-number and a real person (for rare emergencies).

This is very useful to know. Why isn't it in the manual? I would like to see this facility available on Android and iOS devices.

That's what I thought. It means that the extra information is not actually part of the flightplan at all. Therefore it's quite reasonable to think that a flightplan sent from a source other that DFS's own systems couldn't actually include this as part of it. The message that Shifu pasted above is more than likely output from DFS's own systems which is showing you the flightplan and then other metadata. If we were to send stuff outside the actual flightplan message, we would be bound to break all sorts of recipients of the message.

What I'm getting at, is if you want additional notification services provided by a specific flightplan filing system, you really need to use that system.

What exactly is the flightplan portion you are asking us to include, for flightplans transmitted to German addresses?

I am definitely not a specialist for the Standards for flightplan filing.
I only see that the whole flightplan  is simply a string. See my own example and! Shifu's example. BTW: This example is great!

I don't know if Shifu's example is derived from an orginal DFS-flightplan but I suppose that DFS does nothing more than putting the Information from a web-form together in a standard-string and send it somewere

The SMS stuff seems to be simply added BEHIND the Standard part of the flightplan string; therefore the phone-number for SMS and/or Email-adress just is placed at another place - you already have the Information needed

There is no such things as an ACK/REJ in VFR flightplans. Some countries may have implemented their own local rules which differ from this, but we generally follow only the international standard. Item 19 is omitted from initial flightplan transmission, again because you are not supposed to transmit it according to the international standard. Many countries DO respond to the flightplans we send, and these responses are sent on by us via email.

If your local authority provides a mean to file flightplans which works for you, I would encourage you to use it. We make no money from flightplan filing and the fragmented nature of European VFR flightplan filing tends to give rise to threads like this. We cannot please everyone when the rules vary from country to country as they do.

I can't believe that you don' want make money with filing FPLs. AFAIK you sell credits for this service! That is okay!
It is just a suggestion to make a good working program work even better. It looks pretty easy to append something more or less non-standard after the standard string. You definitely don't have to pay hundreds of programming hours to add this feature and make more customers happy.

Given the way some pilots tend to use Skydemon as a brain replacement, instead of a brain extension, I welcome if there is something left to be done between the two ears ... *cynicismOFF for the weekend* ;-). A happy customer in flight preparation may too soon be a dead one, so, no I don't want happy ones with respect to that.

What is the problem ?
Please call DFS to remove their SMS-service.
DFS is more or less government, so they do not have to make their customers happy.
And of course skydemon itself must be closed/removed as it may motivate low-brainers or non-brainers to fly away from their home-airfield.
Get rid of seat-belts, airbags and anything else in cars as that stuff may force over-population.
